I could tell they were being rude so I recorded their conversation and sent to my guy friend who speaks French. They are not nice people, they talk terribly about their customers. I asked if I could just have my money back and go somewhere else. They didn’t give it back for a couple of days until I asked my guy friend to help. Very unprofessional shop. Go somewhere else. Update to response: And apparently they lie also. This was the exact shop I came to. I am trying to locate the screenshots from the interaction, requesting money back. I will add once I find them. Look at how they respond to their customers. Very disappointing shop with no business manners.
