- PGPamela Grant-TaylorOct 26, 20251.0I attempted to get my make-up done for an event on 10/25/2025. The store was empty of customers. I was told by the extremely rude salesperson that they were completely booked, all day and that I needed to make an appointment. I advised that their website does NOT allow appointments on Saturday. She then shrugged her shoulders and stood on her claim that they were booked. I promptly went to Nordstrom and received excellent assistance from a sales clerk that truly understands EXECELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love MAC but I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER! Go to Nordstrom not this MAC store at the Keystone Crossing mall!

- KCKaitlyn CarusoSep 3, 20231.0Drove to the mall with the sole purpose of purchasing MAC makeup. Inside the bustling mall, the store is completely closed with a sign stating they'd reopen on 9/2. Today is 9/3. A complete inconvenience. Not to mention the store is typically out of stuff frequently. Same story different day. Months later the exact same thing has happened. Today is 12/10 and the store's does are shut and locked without a sign. It would be nice if the store would be open when they were supposed to be.
