i live far away from every lush store but this one is the closest to me. (1.45hr) i appreciate the employees so much. they’re so helpful & nice every time i come in. the store is always clean/organized even when it’s crazy busy. i also like that they’re so cool about exchanges bc otherwise i wouldn’t be able to shop at lush as much as i do bc i live so far away! i blind buy online a lot so if it wasn’t for this shop i wouldn’t be able to spend like 1/3 of my income at lush & i’d have to live w/ the torture of FOMO from not being able to try/smell new products w/out the ability to exchange them! so thanks for that! but yeah. i love this shop. i love the employees & i love the products. been using lush for like 16 years n even though they’ve done thru a bunch of changes, the products & quality hasn’t changed n thats why i keep coming back. however, PLEASE MORE BUTTERBALL & SNOWCAKE SCENTED PRODUCTS! lol

I had to remove my positive review.
Sometimes I come in, staff is incredible. Sometimes I come in, staff is bland.
I came in today, been here many times. I was a little disappointed with I believe the manager (African American woman with glasses and twists or braids).
I was there to exchange one of the lotions I bought 2 days ago, I was in the middle of shopping and picking up new items and she came up to me and asked if I had a receipt.
This same lady greeted me when I FIRST came in. She saw my bag then and I said I had an exchange. Then after a few minutes when I was browsing she comes and randomly asked me about a receipt. (When I came in the first time I was with my husband and daughter, and was being rushed, so this time I took a little more time to look at what I wanted to)
You should probably collect all information when people first enter the store. Not in the middle of when they are shopping as if I’m walking around trying to steal?
And what if I didn’t have the receipt? That doesn’t mean anything, people lose their receipts all the time. I’m sure you all could look me up in the system.
As an AA woman myself, we get stereotyped enough. It’s exhausting.
Get better Loss Prevention technology, implement customer service and micro bias training and I beg you to watch me from a camera but leave people alone. I have a great life, I have morals, I have a family, I’m not going to jail for some lotion or for anything for that matter.
Have a better system in place to address these sorts of concerns. But don’t come up to people in the middle of their shopping experience asking them questions that doesn’t relate to customer service.

Zach helped us find everything we needed (and didnt need 🤣) I'll go here every time I need new shower products just to have his help! He gave us demos of all the products, asked about scents we liked, and any allergies we might have, and had plenty of suggestions for things that would work for us! I cant recommend this location enough.

Had the best experience at this Lush location. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us every step of the way. One employee, Chaya, was the absolute sweetest! She was so well informed about all of the products and made sure to answer any questions we had! Would visit again!
