Roshni gave me extra samples and Zach showed me the new items. Although I really dislike driving to the Fashion Mall, I will definitely be back for Lush.

- LEL EMJan 20, 20261.0I'm was on a business trip and my hotel was connected to the Fashion Mall. My trip was extended, so I headed over to Lush to grab shampoo and conditioner. This location has the most horribly antisemitic employees - which, upon further research, seems to be inline with company policy. I mistakenly allowed my Magen David necklace be seen, and was instantly attacked. I've never felt more threatened, unwelcome, and unsafe.

The sales associate that assisted me was so personable, kind, and non judgmental to me while helping me find lotions and balms for my skin. I desperately needed advice on how to navigate this new world my skin is going through. I will be returning to Lush thanks to their amazing customer service. Lush has honestly been the best customer service I've experienced ever.
