  Absolutely amazing service!!! I wish I would’ve asked for her name but she was an amazing african american lady who gave me an amazing service, especially after working a long day. She has a very warm and welcoming attitude and I definitely will be coming back! Thank you so much you made my whole week after I had a rough day!!!

  Do not waste your time going here. The “manager”, Jennifer, is extremely rude and argumentative. She got very upset because I did not care for the way she had cut my son’s hair and explained how I wanted it. She said she did it the way it was supposed to be done. She was very agitated and did not want to do anymore. There was another stylist there who was cutting my other son’s hair and he was doing what we had asked for. I asked for him to finish. That really made her mad. I had my son get up from her chair and wait for the other stylist. She continued being argumentative after I said it was ok and it was over with. She kept trying to tell me how I needed to cut their hair and how long between cuts. I said well we get it done when we can. She continued trying to escalate the situation so I ignored her. She placed another client in her chair and started berating me to that client saying she had been cutting hair for 40 years and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I spoke up and said it wasn’t good customer service to talk about a client while they were there. She spun around and said she was talking about the other stylist. When it was time to pay I asked for a discount and was told he could not do that so I paid. The “manager”, Jennifer spoke very loudly and told me not to come back. She didn’t want my business anymore. I told her that was fine, that we wouldn’t be back due to her being hateful and rude and not wanting to cut hair the way someone asked. I understand I’m not a stylist…. I may not use the right terminology…… I do know how my children like their hair and I did my best to explain. It doesn’t matter what is written in the notes, if you’re not doing it right then please listen to the customer. It was a horrible experience for me, my children, and I’m sure the other customer and stylist. I’ve been told it’s hard for them to keep help. It will be even harder to keep customers with employees like her.
