It's okay the only redeeming quality about this place is a stylist named Nichole she is very professional and attentive. If you ever have to go here make sure she's the one that cuts your hair!!!!

I tried to make an appointment online, but the system wouldn't let me. So, I drove over, walked in without being greeted, and I sat down. After 5 minutes, I was asked if I had an appointment. I told her I had tried, but to no avail. Mind you, there is NO signage that states 'by appointment only' on the outside of the doors. I was refused servic because the stylist didn't want to work anymore. Absolutely awful experience. Unbelievable!

The manager (at least I assume was manager, because she had no issue interrupting conversations and talking over people) is super rude. Even before I had sat down she skipped saying hi and immediately asked if I checked in online. I had checked in 7 minutes ago with a zero wait time and on the screen my name was the first on the list, yet she said it would be a bit after I said yes and my name. I kept standing because I wasn’t sure how long it would be since I was the first on the list and she was like, you can sit down it will be a bit and rolled her eyes. I said okay and sorry and sat down. I’ve been coming here with my husband for over a year routinely in the evening to get our hair cut. We always tip and have never had any issues until today. I went in the morning to get my hair cut and relayered and after it was done it was all poofy so I wanted to straighten it. I always do this and generally they just let me straighten it myself to how I would usually do my hair at home to make sure it is how I want it. The person cutting my hair (I think Jazmyn but I may be spelling wrong) was extremely nice and great at conversation and was going to let me straighten it because I wasn’t sure if the layers were short enough for when I straighten it at home and the manager interrupts us and says that it would be an additional $26 for the stylist to straighten my hair. I figured it was just a misunderstanding and told her that i was going to do it myself (which with my hair length would be maybe 5 minutes at most) and she said that I’d still have to pay $26 to use the iron myself. I asked if that was a new policy and explained that I’ve come a dozen times over the last year and a half and never had any issue and she said it wasn’t and went back to her own client. The person doing my hair looked super awkward and uncomfortable after that because she was going to let me use it so I just said I’d do it at home and come back if it wasn’t right. The manager didn’t seem to care so I paid and left. I will also note that they were not busy, there were two stylists total and minus myself there was only one customer there. Extremely rude and neither I nor my husband will come back to this location. Jazmyn on the other hand was wonderful and just by her expressions I could tell that this type of treatment by the manager wasn’t uncommon. The manager also kept looking over at me the entire time I was there (while she was cutting someone’s hair nonetheless) and definitely had an attitude. I don’t know what her problem is but I suggest she nip it in the bud if she doesn’t want to lose more customers than she already has judging by the other reviews. Luckily she didn’t cut my hair!
