I get my hair washed pretty often , and today I went in and just could tell the older blonde woman washing my hair must have had pain in her hands because she would not scrub at all , I knew already it was going to be a bad shampoo , I wouldn’t have said anything and just left until I left ran my fingers through my hair and found a glob of conditioner , I came back and asked her to rinse it again , she apologized , but in reality my hair washed just not cleaned , I found soap after it drying a little longer still in my hair . I felt for her , but she really shouldn’t be doing labor with her hands in that condition , I went home and rewatched my own hair . I won’t be visiting the location again .

She kept repeating that they had to close in 20 minutes and that she’d been “back-to-back” all afternoon. It was our first time at this location, so we weren’t familiar with their process—but we will not be coming back. She was very impatient with my 7-year-old, and that was the final straw for me with Great Clips! Now, i can’t even take pictures of them for first day of school because we have to take them somewhere after school. It was such a waste of time and money!!!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
