- JSJosh SteelFeb 1, 20261.0I went and got my hair cut yesterday by Jada. It was the worst hair cut I ever had. I asked for a bald fade with 3 1/2 on top. I dont know what she was thinking but she gave me a line around my head that wasn't faded at all. The top was so un even I couldn't believe it. I wish she would've told me she couldn't do fades. I left very unhappy with my cut I had to go right away and tried to get it fixed. I went to the Great Clips in Speedway where I usually go and luckily Nikki was able to fix it. I will definitely not go back to the Great Clips in Broadripple. I would recommend going to the one in Speedway they have way better barbers there that can do all kinds of hairstyles you want.

I showed the stylist photos and explained that I wanted the side pieces to hang right at the top of my ear, with the length kept in the back, almost like a mullet. No buzzers. I'm blind without my glasses so I couldn't see much while she was cutting, but I asked several times if she was going too short and she said that she wasn't. I decided to let her keep going, and she pulled out the electric buzzer even after I said I didn't want to use it. After I put my glasses back on, I was genuinely in shock. Instead of touching my ears, the side pieces were cropped to stick up on top of my head (about 2 inches long). The whole thing is a "Karen cut." I have no bangs left. When I told her that it was different than we had discussed, she got visibly frustrated and snippy. The assistant manager was very understanding issued a refund (thus the 2 stars), but there's genuinely nothing I can do to save it at this point without getting close to a buzz cut. It's genuinely that short. I cannot un-reccomend this place enough.
