I remember she was empathetic and warm, and made a difficult moment easier on me. 18 months later, I walked in for my very first haircut after having hair again, and she remembered me!! She remembered what I was going through and asked about my treatment. It means so much to me that she remembered me, and that a kind familiar face was able to give me my first haircut. She did a great job, too. I can walk around confident in my hair now. I was afraid to get it cut, because it’s taken so long to grow, but she made it beautiful. Valerie is clearly a very caring person, and I’m lucky to have encountered her throughout this process. She is also a talented stylist. I have always gone to this Great Clips and always had a good experience, but this was above and beyond.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
