I went back a few minutes later after noticing it and the management couldn’t have cared less. She just shaved the other side so now I have two huge bald spots over each ear and it’s Saturday, meaning I have plans that I’ll now have to be embarrassed all night. The manger never even offered a refund or discount on next visit or anything..NEVER PATRONIZE THE FORTUNE PARK GREAT CLIPS IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE “STYLISTS” AND MANAGEMENT ARE A JOKE!!

The managers were openly disrespectful to employees, showing clear favoritism and even making inappropriate comments. On top of that, I saw staff being forced to do tasks that clearly weren’t part of their job, while management stood by. No one should be treated that way at work. As a customer, it made me extremely uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning until this location treats its employees with the respect they deserve.”

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
