- SMsandi ManceFeb 14, 20261.0Went there on the 28th of January my daughter was getting married that day and wanted her hair which is shoulder length...top pulled back a half down and pinned...no cut, no wash just top pulled back. Greeted by a man pleasant told him what we wanted he looked at some woman cutting hair and she said they couldn't do that..she was cutting someone's hair...she said go to empire I have never ever saw such rudeness...this is the second time it happened in the summer when said they were taking online appointments only...this store is a disgrace...seems these people that are employed here make their own rules.. I was told not to go to this location but thought I give them a chance never again.. I am in the wedding business and this service is disgraceful...understand the man was pleasant and seemed to want to do it. But the woman stopped it she was just rude....it would have taken no more than 15 minutes.. this location will not be recommended to any of my bridal consultants for their clients.. one time I can accept but twice definitely not.

My husband has his hair cut by Nick and he always does a great job. But our son was seen by someone else- an older lady. His haircut is very short, his calick looks awful, hairlines aren’t straight either, and then this evening I noticed he has a mark on his neck from the trimmers/clippers. Very upset and frustrated mother. We will not be going back.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
