We browsed and they offered assistance if we looked at a product? When we purchased our products the transaction was smooth and quick. The employee made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

Jovanna S did the hair and scalp exam with me today and gave me a great overview of the products that would work best for me. She also spent a lot of time with me and helped me test the products without making me feel pressured to buy. In the end, I purchased the Invati thickening foam, but I will likely be back for more.
