- CHChris HillApr 2, 20262.0My wife and I went in for her to pick out some body spray. We went in close to closing time but were treated very poorly by two members of the staff and making sure that we were out exactly at 8:00 p.m. We had no interest in staying late or holding them late. She was simply looking at a product next to the cash register and was told rudely to put her phone number in immediately because they're closed. Another member of the staff was loudly complaining about taking out the trash. Just not a very professional atmosphere considering how much we were paying for their products.

Alex was fully prepared and had even written out step-by-step notes for us to take with us, which have been extremely helpful. She was friendly and professional at the same time. She listened to us when we told her about what we wanted and then asked relevant questions in order to recommend the best products for that. She had a thorough knowledge of the product line and found the best choices for each of us. We left the store feeling good about our appearance and even better knowing that Alex had given us the tools to do this for ourselves.

They barely know how to do makeup and give horrible makeup tips, and all have bad attitudes because they’re pushing middle age. I’m sure Rihanna nor Selena would be happy that their brands are carried in this negative atmosphere you call a Sephora store
