  The first time I came in was amazing! I loved the woman who did my hair, she was super kind. I came in “recently” about 5-6 months ago and left bawling. I was told the owner/manger was the one who did my hair. I have curly hair and came for a curly cut. If you don’t know one of the main rules about curly hair is that you brush your hair wet and cut with the curl. This woman brushed my hair dry and cut across. When we were done my mother asked if that’s how she normally cuts curly hair and her exact words were “well I just did a basic white girl haircut”.

  I had such a great experience with my hairstylist, Caitlyn! My hair is very thick, and she handled it so effortlessly with patience and skill. The trim turned out perfect. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and made the whole appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and care she put into her work. Highly recommend.

  Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I came in for a color correction and extension service and spent several hours at the salon, but the final result was uneven and not what I asked for. My color is still patchy, and my extensions were not reinstalled or blended properly, leaving noticeable length differences. I did express concerns during the appointment, but they were dismissed. Given the time and cost involved, I expected a much higher level of service and outcome.

  🏆EXCELLENT experience all the way around!! Ruth could not have done a better job! I have thick, curly hair that is very difficult to cut correctly. It is prone towards that triangle appearance since it's so heavy on top and then fans out towards the bottom. Ruth completely understood the assignment - she cut layers to give a full balanced look. It's been a month since she cut my hair and it still looks FANTASTIC!!!! I get compliments all the time. I cannot thank her enough! The salon is clean and comfortable, and all staff are pleasant and professional. I wish I could rate this more than a 10 out of 10! Ruth has my undying loyalty💐

  Positives: friendly atmosphere. Negatives: it took over a month to handle my hair issues. Miscommunication about pricing and services. I’m disappointed. I wanted to make this place my home salon. Deeply saddened that I am walking away feeling like the job didnt get finished, it took over a month to perm it, my request to perm the whole head was denied resulting in this situation taking over a month, pricing and services weren’t made clear, and texting to resolve issues instead of a phone call. I did not appreciate coming into the salon expecting my perm to be completed only to get my hair styled and be told my perm needed to be completed. I already knew it needed to be completed. I sent pics showing how horrible it looked with half my hair curly and half straight. I felt ridiculous and had to tie up my hair. I was so upset. And then I asked for my hair to be cut a certain way. I was told we had to perm it to complete the cut. Now I’m being told I have to pay for a new haircut. I’m very sad. I spent a ton of money.
