    Unwelcoming environment, the men that work here are rude and nasty, the workers are rude in general. They barely know how to do makeup and give horrible makeup tips, and all have bad attitudes because they’re pushing middle age. I’m sure Rihanna nor Selena would be happy that their brands are carried in this negative atmosphere you call a Sephora store

    WHY are the employees so condescending LMAO, it’s honestly kind of amusing because, I’m just trying to shop and look around and they give you the nastiest side eye ever?? I was trying to get past this worker because, like I said, I was looking around and I just got attacked with the nastiest side eye ever. Calm down I didn’t even need help, I just wanted to see what they had in stock. From reading previous reviews it sounds like this is a reoccurring problem. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. They pick and choose who they want to spread their positive energy to. I work in retail too but to discriminate against customers and choosing who gets their bubbly attitude and who doesn’t is crazy. I understand some customers can be “frustrating” but at the end of the day, it is your job to create and maintain and friendly and warm environments.

    Well organized sephora that is conveniently located in the mail. They have a good selection, but like always wished that sephora had a larger glossier selection in store. The staff was helpful, friendly, & kept the line moving quickly. Plus they have all the birthday gifts, which is nice.
