- PKPaige Kays1 day ago1.0All I have to say about my service is OMG. Whatever you do stay as far away from the girl named Nichole that looks like Cindy Lou Who as you can. Not only was Nichole super unprofessional. But this girl could not even hold herself together long enough to finish my service that I paid $160 for. Nichole cried through my whole hair appointment. Not only did Nichole cry through my whole hair appointment, She also did not tone my hair correctly… Or cut it. But she sure the heck charged me for it. She told me she would get a hold of me tomorrow to finish the service. Which I completely understand that we all have bad days. She never did, I reached out to her five or six times and I was always left on read or given a BS excuse. I have even had friends that are close to her reach out, and she has no interest in fixing her Incompetent service. Save your money.
- AAAshleyNov 17, 20252.0Ive been a stylist for 16 years and a nurse for 6. My shoulder is frozen so I cant wash my hair. I went in yesterday to get a shampoo and blow out. She barely washed the back of my head then dried it 3/4 way and put on a crap ton of oil on my hair said said its frizzy because I need a haircut. I then told her my haircut is 3 weeks old, any hair is going to frizz if its not fully dried. So she dried it a couple more minutes and asked if that was okay. I then disclosed that im a hairstylist myself and why I came to have it done she got an attitude. She then finally dried my hair 99%. It does not look like a professional did it. I could of done the same job with my one hand. She then charged me $45. I know she didnt feel good but that is not an excuse. She then tried to smooth it over by telling me I should get an xray of my shoulder. Ummm ma'am that is illegal to give medical advice, again I am a nurse I know what needs to be done.this type of service would of never been allowed in any salon I have ever worked in.

Arrived at 12:45. Was told she just needed to clean up her station. Waited twenty minutes with a cranky (not terrible) 3 year old. At 1:10 I asked if there was any way to know how much longer it would be. She asked the stylist who said at least another 20 minutes. Why did we schedule an appointment? It wasn’t a busy day at all.
