- JBJessica BallMay 25, 20241.0I would make the drive to the mishawaka location or go to ulta instead of coming here. Very rude staff, not helpful at all. I waited for a while before a staff member appeared so I could ask where to find a specific product. When I asked where I could find it she just stood behind the counter, points and vaguely says "its over there". I had to go get her again bc I couldnt find what I wanted. She was annoyed at having to walk me to the section where the item was. I asked for a specific item and of course I didnt notice until I got home that she had given me the wrong one! So hopefully I can get a refund tomorrow. She was extremely rude during checkout when I didnt want to sign up for their points system. I told her I'd skip that part but she said she would just do it from her side. When I tried to refuse again she said "well if you arent signed up here then where do you get your cosmetics from"? I told her I shop at ulta but they were only taking cash... she just kinda rolled her eyes at that. She made me hold up the line until I gave her my full name, email, home address, and phone number. It was all around a very unpleasant experience. I find it odd that she made it seem mandatory that I give them all my information.
- BVBrenda vineAug 4, 20235.0Who not happy to get something for your birthday i been member of Sephora for awhile but never had a chance to go to their store and pick out a birthday gift till now I gotten a chance to visit sephora in person and all the young lady working there were very polite and helpful i was given a choice of 4 different items to choice from being my age i went for the perfume which made my day so if you want to get a great gift for your birthday come member of Sephora and on your birthday pick out what makes you happy!
