  I made an appointment with for my daughter (cut and color) and a dear friend (cut only). Our interaction with our stylist, Mandy, was perfect. Her coworker, Amy, and her actions were greatly insensitive and uncalled for. My friend had finished her haircut and we were hanging out in the salon while my daughter was getting her hair done. Unprompted, Amy came up to my friend and pointed out her thinning hair (which was never mentioned prior), then sprayed her scalp with a root touch up spray. My friend was alarmed and tried to dodge the interaction. Even when trying to avoid the spray, Amy persisted and continued. Amy then went up front to grab another can of spray with a different color and put that on my friend’s head. She kept trying to sell the product even though she had to blend two colors to sort of match the actual hair color. We were not her client. Amy never spoke to our stylist before interacting with us. Amy forced this product on my friend and continued to talk about her ‘bald spot’ while using the two sprays. My friend has had two strokes and struggles cognitively. This was the first time in a year she had gotten out to get her hair done. The rest of the day was her worried she looked bad because of the root color spray on her head. I am so sad that her first big outing in a year was clouded because of Amy’s behavior. Mandy, you were amazing as always. My 14-year-old loves her hair. My friend loved her haircut as well. All three of us will return to you. You brought a light back to my friend I hadn’t seen since before her strokes.

  I Love❤️ JCPenney❤️✨️🪙 Salon💆🏼‍♀️💇🏼‍♀️✨️💖💓. I have been to this salon twice in my life💗🩷💝💖💓💘❤️✨️✨️✨️✨️. Excellent service, staff, very professional, easy to schedule appointments, and good how it's service is. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I visited JCPenney Style Salon (GlGl Wilson) to have my hair colored close to my natural shade, with a soft gray-blonde tone. Unfortunately, my hair turned out orange, which was very different from what I requested. It felt like my preferences were not fully listened to, and the stylist chose a color based on what she thought instead of what I asked for. I left feeling very disappointed with the result. I hope future consultations focus more on clear communication so clients receive the color they truly want.

  I came here yesterday to get my hair cut done and Mandy L was nice, considerate and understanding because I was with my daughter that time. She also did a great job with my hair cut. Thank you Mandy L. I will do it again with you.

  Susan did such a great job cutting my hair! I wanted a face-framing short pixie style, which isn't that easy. I'm very happy!
