Today I had a deep tissue massage with reflexology. Cat was my masseuse and was AMAZING. She worked all the difficult knots out, was thorough, kind, and gently checked on me to make sure I was ok throughout the massage. I will definitely book with her again!

I would have rated my massage a 5-star experience, but the room was a bit chilly, which Tamara apologized for & the noise outside the massage room distracted from the calm, relaxing atmosphere a bit. Thank goodness for the relaxing music to drown out the outside noise. When checking out I was told the room was by the chiropractic center, so I would definitely request a massage room away from that area. No apologies were given. A few guest conversations in the women’s locker room & the steam room were a bit loud when you were in a spa trying to get some much needed relaxation. It would be nice if the locker room attendant’s would check on you to see if you’d like another beverage while in the locker room or quiet room. Also, would be nice to have some deodorant in the woman’s locker room & to have toiletry items stocked as one woman found mousse at my hair drying station & said there was none to be found anywhere else. Overall my experience was very good, but I believe there’s room for improvement on the few items I mentioned.

We had 4pm couple deep tissue massages(50min) but arrived at 1:30 and stayed till they closed at 6:45 using all the amenities and just relaxing in the quiet rooms. Next time we will come even earlier! We brought a lot of food for ourselves and other wines to sip on and the hospitality crew totally took care of setting it all up and packing it away for us to take home. The Spa itself is gorgeous and just exudes quiet and calm everywhere you go. The only negative things I can even think of is that apparently the men's locker room did not have all the amenities that the women's did and my husband was disappointed to hear that(chilled eucalyptus towels, drinking water, sauna, working cold plunge shower). Also consider hiring male staff to tend to the men's locker room instead of having women going out in and out. The staff could have been a little more attentive checking on drink refills throughout our visit too. We will definitely be back soon though!

Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 45 minutes-1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Woodhouse gift cards contain value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.

In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase with purchase receipt. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
