I absolutely love going there for all my own beauty needs and my clients. Recently though I came across an issues which was mostly my fault, another reason I won’t give lower then 4 starts but would like to make the head office aware!! I ordered something for pickup the next morning. My fault for rushing and accidentally putting it for ship. When I moved I changed my address on the app but I never realized until it was too late I couldn’t take off my OLD address and it still had that as my shipping address. Once I realized it was shipping there I called salon centric customer service support and spoke to a really nice gentleman. He said to call back when the label is created and they will try to put in a redirect for me. I called back a little later that day with the info because the label was created. The woman I spoke with honestly just seemed like she didn’t want to help me. Like it was going to cause her to work harder than she wanted. After I explained she told me she didn’t know why the last person would tell me that. When I started to explain further she hung up on me. I called UPS and they told me Salon Centric would need to call and basically everything the nice gentleman with salon centric told me. My $160+ package was delivered to my old address and thankfully the people living there were nice enough to give it back to me. But I was VERY disappointed in whoever the lady was that hung up on me. I understand I called close to closing hours BUT I spend a TON of money with Salon Centric and never expected to be treated the way I was and hung up on. I won’t let this keep me from going in store and see the sweet ladies there but I don’t think I’ll ever use your shipping again even by accident because if something goes wrong I fear I won’t be helped again.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
