- APAnn PuffJan 29, 20261.0I visited JCPenney Style Salon (GlGl Wilson) to have my hair colored close to my natural shade, with a soft gray-blonde tone. Unfortunately, my hair turned out orange, which was very different from what I requested. It felt like my preferences were not fully listened to, and the stylist chose a color based on what she thought instead of what I asked for. I left feeling very disappointed with the result. I hope future consultations focus more on clear communication so clients receive the color they truly want.
