This time I even asked her to put my hair part back and she said she’ll put it back after the hair cut. After you cut my hair???? So now it’ll be uneven in the part I prefer??? And I even tried to even my hair out with different hair parts after my cut but she truly just made one side longer than the other :/ Why wouldn’t you cut my hair with my regular hair part so then it’s even in its regular state???? I asked and she refused, saying, “I have blank years of experience, trust me, I know what a middle part is.” Like okay??? I don’t care if my natural part isn’t a “textbook” middle part like you want, why don’t you listen to me and allow my hair to be cut with its natural part? 😭😭😭

Planning weeks ahead for a haircut? Why? At the same time I hate walking in and seeing a 45 minute wait. The ability to "get in line" online with no fuss is great. Staff are always friendly and great. With that said, I have a very simple "make it shorter" haircut. So take what I say with grain of salt.

The demeanor of the manager was off-putting. I understand that it was closing time but my obvious military clipper style haircut would have only taken 5, maybe 10 minutes. Ill make sure to find someplace else to have my haircut.

I Specifically told her to leave my length (which was below my shoulders) And the first thing she did was take off my length, cutting it all the way to above my shoulders. She paid no attention to what I told her about my hair texture, and gave me uneven bangs. I Have been sobbing about loosing my length for weeks. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
