The whole service she complained about how dead and ugly my hair was, she wasn’t wrong but it was unnecessary to be commenting those things. I only wanted 2 inches cut off and she showed me how much it would be, and she cut me to a bob. She gave me curtain bangs without asking me. I am very disappointed in the services and she ruined my hair. Mallory cut my friends hair and left her with a mullet when she had asked for long layers. She is also super dissapointed. Do not go here. They are rude and not good at their jobs. I have never had a good experience at great clips, I shouldn’t have gone
