Stylists with NOBODY in the seat all standing around waiting. Don't bother with this franchise outright. Go to any other location where they actually give a darn about themselves, their occupation, and their clients.

There is always a missed spot that was left longer than the rest or took too much off one spot or the bangs are not straight or half is shorter than the rest and I usually have to correct it myself the best I can at home once I notice it. I've given this location a chance and will no longer be going to the location in Orchard Crossing, near target.
