I told the stylist I was trying to grow my hair out, and It was already pass my shoulders,that I didn’t want it short, no layers, and just wanted it thinned and trim a little. She didn’t listen at all. My hair ended up way too short, and she thinned the back so much that I can barely pull it up now. One side is longer than the other, and the back looks like it was chopped unevenly right in the middle. I even went to another Great Clips hoping they could fix it, but that stylist said there wasn’t much she could do because it was already messed up. She did try to help a little by blending things in so it wouldn’t be as noticeable, but again, there wasn’t much she could do. I was so upset I actually walked out crying. I trusted them with my hair, and now I have to walk around like this until it grows back. It’s going to take a long time, and I’m just so disappointed. I won’t be returning to this location.

She gave him a Karen haircut with 2 in pieces sticking up on top and heavy layers all the way around. I’m in tears about it. I went here because it had good reviews. I would not recommend at all.
