They asked how I wanted his haircut and I told them tapered on the back and sides (basically, an old man's haircut). When they finished his hair, I asked them if they could recut the back to get it tapered, because it wasn't as I asked. They had blocked the back, not tapered. Apparently, a woman who was in charge of this location told me that I didn't specifically ask for them to use clippers. And all my years of going to barbers I have never had to be specific about using clippers when tapering someone's hair, because that's how you taper the hair, with clippers. Only somebody with enough experience at cutting hair could taper without using clippers, but obviously these people are not experienced because it wasn't tapered. I will never go to this Great clips or any other Great clips again. It seems like they're cutters are people that they just showed a 5-minute video to and let him have scissors and clippers in hand to go at it.
