  I’m very disappointed… the woman who did my hair did not listen and it was hard to communicate when she kept telling me no to what I wanted. She was nice but didn’t listen. My hair is too short now and I feel like I need extensions. What she did didn’t match my inspo pic and when I told her what I wanted she dismissed it. She needs to brush up on her studies in current hairstyles. I’m very sad. I went to the bathroom immediately after and just looked at it. I was happy in the salon but once I saw how short my hair was compared to before I’m just so heart broken. My hair in part of my culture is very important. I knew as soon as I walked in it was a bad idea. Not to mention she was 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. I’m completely heart broken. I only wanted 1-2 inches off and 3-4 came off. It was down my back and now it’s too my shoulders… I told her to cut it more like the picture and she didn’t listen at all. I regret with my whole heart going here. I’m very very very heartbroken and honestly I feel violated by her not listening.

  Easy to get an appointment. The hairdresser listed to what hind of cut I wanted and did a good job.

  I came in for a trim and light layers on very long hair (waist-length) and left with significantly shorter, disconnected layers — some as short as my ears — which was not what I asked for or agreed to. When I expressed that I was upset, I was told the haircut looked good and that the result was essentially my fault for not cutting my hair often enough, rather than any acknowledgment of the mismatch between what was requested and what was done. Another stylist with very short pixie hair then stepped in to “fix” it, which made things worse. My hair became the focus of what felt like an impromptu demonstration, with repeated references to how long she had been cutting hair as justification for why the work was correct. I did not consent to my hair being used this way and was not aware of being in any kind of training or instructional situation. This was never about money — I paid in full and was not seeking a free cut or a refund. A bad haircut is one thing, but being dismissed, blamed, and having my hair made worse after I spoke up was far more upsetting. I’m now having to seek corrective work elsewhere.   Bailey was absolutely wonderful, so down to earth and just made the time fly by! I get very nervous trusting new people with my hair but Bailey was very knowledgeable and made me all one color when I was two to begin with! I would 100% recommend her and I will go back!!!

  Lylan is the best one of the best stylists that I know! She’s so amazing and talented! Absolutely love her and how she does mine and my grandma’s hair! She makes us look so pretty!~
