  When you go to the Sephora at the mall, they are enthusiastic, grab a basket and help you fill that baby up. That was not the experience at the one at Kohls. I walked in, a girl was leaning against the counter staring at her phone, she did look up and ask if I needed help when approached. Unfortunately, she said they can't look up my account on the their computer to see what I purchased from the Sephora at the mall. She said look at my app, but I usually have my daughter buy my makeup so I didn't have the app. Instead of enthusiastically helping me decide, she went back to staring at her phone. I looked around and found some makeup, not what I usually get because I couldn't find it and went to check out where Maria was still holding up the counter by leaning against it still staring at her phone. Another girl checked me out and basically the whole time Maria stared at her phone while there were other customers who could have been getting help filling up that basket. I suggest sending employees to the mall location to understand customer service and how to get more sales. The place was not busy, you would think they would have tried to get some sales, but whatever is on her phone must have been more important. I won't be back, I'll go to the Mall location from now on to find joy in spending $228.00. Hopefully I like the makeup I had to choose by myself.

  I wasn’t having a good day and I’m 6 months pregnant, I ended up crying my makeup off. I walked into Sephora to find something to fix it before I had to meet some family for lunch. Layla was sweet, kind and just a wonderful person. She fixed my makeup and gave me samples. She truly made my day better and I couldn’t help but give her a hug. Thank you Layla for being such an amazing Sephora employee and person. I will definitely be back.

  Elaine was an absolute pleasure 🙏 I knew nothing about what I wanted but she was paitent. We had to try many brands until we found the perfect foundation, bronzer, and concealer. THANK YOU 🥰

  10/10/10/10! Had to make a return at kohl's, but of course had to stop into Sephora to check out the new location. Had nothing short of the BEST experience with Christopher. He was so nice, and helped out with suggestions on everything I needed and even gave us samples of the products to make sure they were what I wanted and needed before I spent all the money on something that may not work for my skin. I will definitely be back to shop with him again.
