I hate this length of hair and I’m literally in tears over it, looking up hair, serums, trying to find a way to grow it. Please listen to your clients and if you feel a reason to takeoff more than it was agreed-upon, please check and double check they are okay with that instead of just taking their hair into your own hands and leaving them with much shorter hair than they wanted. I understand you might be trying to cut off dead ends or whatever but at the end of the day, you don’t have to live with that hair please make sure the person wants what you are doing. I’ve attached a photo with where we agreed upon.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
