- DRDerek Robb5 days ago1.0Blonde lady in there completely butchered my hair, left hair all over back of my neck, front of my neck. Bangs are completely uneven and my chin strap was completely messed up! Very horrible experience today, this the second time my hair has been butchered at this location do not recommend going here for your first time. The lady up front to the left does a amazing job but other then that do not come here if you want a quality haircut! Very sad.

Well was greeted with a nice hello & smile & my what a great job Laura Guinn did grooming my hair & paying attention to detail even trimming my eyebrows, she was very observant and very pleasant to talk to. Laura did a great job and glad I have found my go to for haircut place! Thank you!

- CCCharlesDec 18, 20252.0We took my stepson in there to get a cut. He knew exactly what he wanted: "Blowout textured taper fringe." He even had pictures to look at, so the person cutting his hair could look at them. Apparently, this is a cut that many kids his age are getting. The woman who cut his hair said she could do it (I did not get her name.) She totally botched it. The other woman, who had come over to help her, assumed it was the manager, and she had to do what she could to rectify the situation. She did the best she could. And she knew precisely the haircut that my stepson was talking about. It was not a good experience, and the woman didn't even have enough decency to say "I'm sorry." The haircut was cheap ($16.00), but I guess you get what you pay for. My girl still ended up giving her 12% for the tip. Just tried to make sure the tip reflected the experience had.
