- JGJazimine GilleyMar 27, 20261.0I honestly try not to leave poor reviews as I’m sure everyone has a bad day, but the haircut I got today was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I was very specific with how I wanted my bangs trimmed, making sure to tell the stylist what i did and did not want, but truthfully I think she just did what she wanted. I informed her I had my bangs trimmed previously in the week, they were just a little too long, so all I wanted was a quick trim. Instead, she cut them too short, left me uneven, and gave me more of a straight across look. I’m not sure if she was confused, if she was in a rush, or if it was the lack of experience, and although it’s just hair, it’s disappointing knowing I should have went somewhere else. I’ve had my bangs trimmed in the past at Great Clips and have had told every stylist the same thing on what I was looking for, so I’m not sure where she went wrong here. This was my first and last time ever coming to this location.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
