I asked for sides bangs and she said did you have side bangs before and she said I think they grew out i said no i had short hair at one point that it grew out over the course of 4 years and and she kept on cutting and now I hate them. One side of my hair looks a little shorter because she didn't cut it parted in the middle only where my side part was and everyone knows that's not how it's supposed to go. Now I have short hair by over an inch that I hate and now have to wait till it grows out in 24 weeks or longer. I will never go back. I believe her name was Ada older with blonde hair more white. She just kept saying I think we need to take more off on the bangs and I said no and she still did it. Went to another great clips and they had to fix it and my bangs because she didn't make them right at all. When I told her that my hair looked uneven she said no it don't it's completely even but let's take more off the bangs. I told her not to cut so much on my hair or my bangs too shirt and bow my hair is so terrible and I wanted it to look nice for my son's event at church so I can get pictures with my 14 month son but now I look terrible. I will never go back there again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
