I told her we wanted to do it differently, since we didn’t like how the last place did it. She gave me a bad look…from there she was discriminatory towards myself and my family, except; for my son who was getting the haircut, of course. My son is seven but actually 3. He has ADHD and autism, but she didn’t seem too sympathetic about that..she didn’t help him to be understanding of situation with his haircut. She kept being short me, I the mother, she didn’t seem to like that we were putting input and being attentive to our son’s needs. BASICALLY, SHE HAD RATHER US NOT SHOWED OR EVEN COME CLOSE.

However, I took my wife in this past weekend to get a haircut, and it was the WORST experience I have ever had at a Great Clips. My haircut went great. The young lady cutting my hair was newer, but she did an awesome job! My wife’s stylist was NOT. SHE DOES NOT LISTEN. In the 45 minutes my wife was sitting in the chair, MOST (I wish I were exaggerating, truly) was her speaking about how she just doesn’t cut hair, she studies hair. She repeatedly told my wife how horrible her hair is because she uses box coloring. She literally chopped my wife’s bangs to HALF the requested length. She added ZERO layers as my wife requested. AND THEN, when my wife asked for more layers to be added, she became upset and no longer spoke to my wife. Complete lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, in this case, my wife is timid. She just wanted out of the chair as soon as possible. Now we are scrambling to find someone who can fix my wife’s hair. If you can’t complete the haircut requested, give it to a stylist who can.
