There was one other customer finishing up when we arrived. Erin took my son. She and the other stylist were so busy talking, they failed to take me. She kept stopping his cut to talk with the other stylist. The other stylist was focused on cleaning and collecting the trash, while talking to Erin. She finally noticed I was waiting, but my son was almost finished. I declined my haircut. She offered me a discount, some manager special, etc. She stated it was almost closing time and she got caught up in that. It wasn't even 8:30. (Receipt when my son was DONE said 8:31) Erin tried taking the blame and said she was talking to her, which was correct, but shouldn't be happening. The customer service was a joke. They kept trying to offer me something. I declined, paid the bill and still tipped her. Worst experience ever and I will never return.
