Out of desperation I stopped at the Great Clips on Veterans Pkwy and I got a good cut! (And I'm picky!) Every time after that, I've gotten a Great cut and I don't have to go back with uneven sides like I always had to do at other quick cut places!! It's good that most of the staff have been there for years, so you don't see all new people every time you walk in the door, (again, like I always saw at other quick cut places). These ladies are so nice and they're all great at their jobs! Believe me, I've always been a picky person and I can't tell you how many times I had to go back to other places a second time!!! Maybe I should have kept this to myself so I don't have a long wait time.🤔🤫

She literally read my mind and heard through my rambling exactly the cut I wanted. She put a wonderful smelling conditioner on my hair before she began combing through it and she had a perfect touch about her. I felt safe in her hands. Go to Great Clips and ask for Donna! The other lady there was a doll as well… I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the entire experience from start to finish or about the store itself.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
