During his visit, the trainer had to jump in and assist due to several mistakes Madison made while doing the fade. The hair was cut way too short and high up around his ears appearing near bald in some spots and "fixed by the trainer" is an understatement. I'm severely unhappy with it and so is he. -He's unfortunately too nice to say anything, but I'm not.

Today I came in and was told they no longer give discounts to veterans. I don't care for myself just the vets that come in and are on a fixed income, that lost out. I could have got a coupon that would have made it even cheaper than the discount that great clips use to give but was always ok with what I paid. Dont get me wrong i am happy you give the discount to active duty personnel because they deserve it for sure. It is unfair that you do a good deed then take it away so that corporate can line a few more dollars in there pocket. We have made relationships with employees of yours and speaking for myself always gave them good tips just because of the good deeds and the good service we got. Unfortunately we see this way to often, and i will now be taking my services elsewhere, not because of your employees but because of the genius that decided to take this away. I wonder how much it costs to print out all those discounted coupons, and wonder how much business you will lose, and was it really worth it in the end!! The one star I gave was for the employees that I would have given 5 stars for.
