    Visited this location for the second time today and it was just as amazing as the first time. The staff was so welcoming, hospitable, accommodating, and professional. I loved everyone I came across. The facility is clean, smells great, and there are snacks and refreshing water everywhere. You can get a tea as well while you wait. I can’t wait to visit again!

    The employees are very kind and helpful, excellent hospitality skills! They have a hot tea and a warm neck pillow waiting for me in the quiet lounge. Alysha is the BEST at deep tissue massages!!💗

    This spa is first class. From the moment of walking in, the opportunity to relax in the quiet room, and the spa experience itself are all wonderful. Even the check out process is a nice experience. Truly an enjoyable experience.

    Meh. However, their customer service is exceptional. The moment you walk in I gasped. The facilities are quite exquisite. They provide you with a comfortable robe, sandals, water, and a very nice waiting area to relax before your services begin. The massage was not to my liking, but I should have spoken up about the pressure. I was just too relaxed at the halfway point. Lindsey (sorry, if it's with an 'a') the spa director reached out to me by phone. She has given me a reason to come back and give them another opportunity to make me a satisfied client. Will update the stars after my next visit. Thank you!

    UPDATE: I got a call from the Director this morning and while she apologized, she took no accountability for the fact that her team is the one who made the mistake when they booked my services for me. To be clear, THEY booked the services for me after I told them what package I was interested in. Instead of refunding me the difference, she offered me a discount for my next service which I'm obviously not going to use. First, I was charged more than I was told upon booking. I specifically booked one of their "seasonal packages" and confirmed the details of what the package entailed when I called to book only to be charged $60 more than the listed price after my appointment. Second, while the facility was nice, there were small details that just really soured the experience. The locker room is nice but very small with only one bathroom so people were always waiting to use it. The quiet room is also very small so it was very crowded and not quiet at all. People were regularly chatting, using their phones, and the door was open so you could hear everything in the hallway. I may give the downtown location a chance someday but Carmel was a big disappointment for a day I was really looking forward to.

Spa Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
