  I was going to come for a consult to do some quick touch ups before an upcoming wedding. I ended up having to cancel when I didn’t get out of work in time due to an unexpected emergency. They charged me $100 for having to cancel the consult, even though I didn’t plan on getting anything done that day. Apparently a few years prior when I was previously a patient I had signed the cancellation policy and I did see it on the website when I later searched for it. But it would have been nice if the person who got me scheduled told me about this. I figured a consultation would be trying to get a new patient for years to come, not get a quick $100 when I couldn’t make it. They later said I could use the $100 they charged my card on a service, but this left a very bad feeling and I don’t want them touching my skin! It is just a bad energy and I want to work with kind people when it comes to something like my skin and face, not someone looking for quick money. Also, this was after trying to get something scheduled earlier and it not working out. They randomly reached out to me one day about getting scheduled. At that time, when I did schedule, telling me the cancellation policy for a consult would’ve been nice. They got the $100 out of me but it would’ve been much more as a years long patient! I will tell everyone to avoid this place.

  Carly Long is hands-down the best injector I’ve ever been to. With her I get Botox and Fillers. She is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and has the most amazing eye for natural and balanced results. Carly pays close attention to what you want, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their results. I trust her 100% and won’t go to anyone else EVER. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, talented, and genuinely amazing at what she does, Carly Long is it. Highly, highly recommend!

  I have been seeing Kara Kerwan for a few years now. She is kind, patient, and performs the right services for each session. I appreciate her flexibility as my skin continues to change with age. I look forward to many years with Kara.

Chrissy has grown this business into such a beautiful place and still deeply cares about each and every client who walks through the doors. I recently joined the membership, and I’m absolutely THRILLED with the transformation in my skin! Eileen is truly amazing! She has a clinical-level understanding of skin paired with such a kind, uplifting personality that makes every visit something to look forward to. Every month my skin just looks better and better! They absolutely have my highest recommendation!

  I’ve been going to Wise for almost 4 years now, and hands down have had the best experience! I’ve been to other med spas, but the difference with Wise is the amount of experience and education all the girls possess, and continue to gain through the efforts of Crissy Wiseman, injector and owner. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel like a VIP. The girls up front greet you with smiles and offer coffee and water. Carly and Crissy, the main injectors, have both worked on my face and are both incredible and have such an eye for the art. You are a walking billboard for them, so they leave you looking like your best self! Eileen is one of their estheticians, and is the only one I’ll see for my treatments! She so easy to talk to, listens to your wants and concerns, and spends the time to develop a plan for you that will help your skin look youthful and glowy! If you’re curious about getting started, or wanting to find a better solution to your skincare needs, Wise should be your answer! Oh, and go with the membership. No questions asked. The amount of treatments they offer will keep you hydrated, glowy, and youthful, and at a fraction of the cost!
