- LSlissy serranoSep 19, 20251.0Don’t waste your time. Went in wanting to redeem a gift. I was gifted the sample sizes with a redeemable coupon for the full size fragrance. Only one employee who refused to make eye contact. I stood by the counter at checkout in hopes she would come around. Acted as if she didn’t see me. Finally I asked hey do you work here? She had the worst attitude. Hardly looked at the code to redeem and said “doesn’t look like ours” I said excuse me “It’s Sephora”. She said yeah this is Sephora at Kohls. Waited around for nothing. I know working in customer service isn’t easy but why take it out on people who are there to just shop and aren’t being rude :(
