    I am so grateful that I came to the Carmel location, Elexis was phenomenal! I was looking for products to do my own makeup for My Wedding and she nailed it! She tried them on, carefully explained the steps and how to apply. I was so nervous going into it, but she definitely made me feel confident after leaving. I went home, tried everything on and it came together so nicely! 10/10 recommend

    Even though I received good service from Lana, I still felt the need to leave this review based on how she treated her coworker when I checked out; it was uncomfortable to watch and seems as if she does this often. I guess there was a call on hold and she yelled at her coworker, very aggressively, to come and grab it. I was shocked! I could also hear the poor lady’s utter confusion in her response; I couldn’t believe it myself. She kept going on & on about it, until the lady asked her if she needed to take a break; felt like second hand embarrassment. I did enjoy my shopping experience, however, displaying how you treat your coworkers MATTER! I worked in management for a few years myself, so I know how it can be. I wanted to be sure it was clear, that lady did nothing wrong and was treated poorly.

    This was my first time shopping at Sephora and it did not reach up to the hype, unfortunately. I came in to browse and see what popped out at me and stumbled across their skincare section. I asked “Shelby” for help and wanted to know some of the hype about Korean skincare. She seemed very overwhelmed with her day and even mentioned she was still waiting to take her break, but couldn’t because she was Team Lead; seems as if I was inconveniencing her. Her body language and tone clearly showed she was getting impatient and asked if she could give me homework until she came back?! What does that even mean??!! Terrible shopping experience
