In particular, Jada was very thorough and thoughtful with her skin analysis, color suggestions, and application of the makeup. Her gentle and kind spirit was a huge comfort to me too. I love my new lip color — it’s a beautiful natural pink that complements my skin tone.

The service appeared amazing once completed, however, I began to lose clumps of the false lashes after only the 1st day and my eye brow tint was practically non existent. My stylist rushed the last half of my appointment as she has an event she would end up running late for which had me feeling that one eye was completed sloppy and same with my eyebrows. You can see the difference in my brow tint in the first photo as this was right after the appointment. In the 2nd and 3rd photos, this was day 2, and you can see where a small section of lashes fell out. My right eye seemed to hold up but the left eye, the one rushed, did not sadly. After paying over $250 for the services, you would think my stylist would remember to provide the eyelash soap and that the lashes would hold for the 3-4 weeks as advertised. Instead the held up for maybe 5 days.

Both ladies are extremely personable and lovely to talk to. I learned so much from them as well! I’ll be going back for another tattoo and hope to bring my sister!
