I have been going to GC for a while to save a few bucks, and I really like that they save your preferences so you don't have to explain it to them every time. Last time I went I got a Hispanic lady in the back (sorry, I don't remember her name) who did a really good job. Yesterday Kendra helped me out. She was friendly, explained that my scalp was dry and I could use some conditioner to fix it (very relieved that it's not dandruff!!!), and did an outstanding job on my hair! I'll be back.

Don’t remember her name but the barber I could tell was just trying to leave and just ran the 1 guard on the sides and just snipped the top no water or brushing so it’s now all uneven. Asked to keep the same length on the beard and just shape it up but instead had the 1 guard taken to it before I could even say anything. Told the barber that wasn’t what I wanted but it was too late and it’s whatever. Still had the audacity to charge me for the beard trim. I paid and even tipped but it’ll be the last time I go to great clips. 1 star because at least they stay consistent on keeping the reputation they have of hair cut quality.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
