The stylist asked what we were doing with my hair. I explained I wanted the dead ends cut and layered on the bottom. She said she was cutting it dry. No sectioning it off, not even a spray of water. In no more than 5 minutes she said ok your done. I had asked about product but when she checked me out she had no interest in selling me product. I had to ask her about it again. I would have waited for a different stylist if she wanted to do her friend’s hair instead. It’s too bad because my last haircut there was great. The stylist took the time to section out my hair - spray it so I had an even cut.
