She snapped off on us because she said she couldn't hear us when we spoke clearly and did not stutter she was just being a smart ass she was such a rude person that this place not only lost our business but three other separate people walked out due to her hateful attitude as well, I don't know her name but she was a bigger black woman around 40 years old at 4pm on monday! She was working with another guy he kept quiet but seemed bothered by her attitude as well, his eyes widened in shock at how she was speaking to people.... This was the worst we have ever been treated by someone who was suppose to assist us, had zero customer service skills... Nor people skills in general, I also called the customer service line because she was THAT unbelievably rude!

Don’t know her name, but she is black and was shaving it like black people do their hair. Absolutely unacceptable. I understand everyone does hair differently, and it’s different specifically for people with different hair types, but for her to assume he wanted a fadd buzz was beyond me, and it was much more than a fade.

The warm welcome by our stylist, Ashley I believe, set the whole vibe off right from the beginning. She took her time to understand what was wanted, held great and respectable conversation, and you can just tell she enjoys doing what she does. This makes a huge difference. I’ve referred multiple clients to her that will be coming in the near future! Next time we come in I can’t wait to let her know I shared our experience about her on this platform!
