- NSNate SMar 23, 20261.0Asked them to take up my sideburns a bit and they cut them off entirely and unevenly. Have had good haircuts in the past but not worth the risk of getting a terrible one.
- NMNatasha MoeMar 21, 20261.0No matter how simple the ask, if you care about your hair at all you shouldn't risk it. I thought a trim and face framing was simple enough that Great Clips would be ok and I was dead wrong. Never been so upset over a haircut before in my life. The initial face framing cut was just a blunt diagonal line without feathering. I asked for it to be blended more and they didn't really. I just had to leave before more damage was done or I started crying in the chair. Idk if this will be fixable. They cut so much off doing this awful blunt face framing. Update: Went back the next morning because they said someone different could fix it. The attached picture is what I'm left with- an improvement from the original but still hideous. The person who cut my hair also seemed annoyed with me, talking about how everyone there can cut layers without a problem, anyone could correct the cut, how experienced everyone was including the person who origonally cut my hair, how they didnt know what I could possibly expect them to do to make it better. Does this look like a good haircut to you? If it looks like I have growing out bangs, I dont, that's the "face framing" they gave me.

I had to go home to cut it and finish it myself. That shouldn’t be the case when going to a “professional”. I wouldn’t get my hair cut from here again.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
