    Got there at 9:55AM. Did not schedule via online portal, it was a Walk in. I registered, was told 20 minutes and 27 minutes later it was now at 40 minutes. The stylists were already 4 people deep and the doors hadn’t been open less than a half hour. The talent base was at best a 2. One stylist was actually cutting two different people at the same time as the only other stylist was straight out of pre-k. I had already decided she could not cut anyone’s hair. She needed a lot of help. What a disaster. The doors should close until you can staff talented professionals to cut hair. Whoever the Manager, they should be talked with and understand their role.

    Walked in 15-ish minutes before close. Salon was empty, And they said that they couldn’t get me in. My ex used to work for Great Clips for years and I know that as long as someone makes it in before the store closes, they’re supposed to be helped. That use to be policy 😅 I won’t be returning. I only attempted to go here because I had a scheduling conflict with my main stylist. They were snide and frustrated that I was even in the store.

    I needed a hair style change for a wedding and the stylist not only helped me to figure one out but made sure I felt comfortable with the end result. My hair looked great!!!!
