My ex used to work for Great Clips for years and I know that as long as someone makes it in before the store closes, they’re supposed to be helped. That use to be policy 😅 I won’t be returning. I only attempted to go here because I had a scheduling conflict with my main stylist. They were snide and frustrated that I was even in the store.
