I told her to wet it to make sure it’s even…she didn’t. I asked her to trim my long bangs that are being grown out to even length in the back. She layered them instead of cutting them straight. I wet my hair at my car. IT ISN’T CUT EVEN!!!! I will need to fix it when I get home. Stylists, please listen to the customer!!! I am NOT satisfied with my haircut experience. This is a first because I have used great clips for my haircut for over 20 years.

After more than a year of coming here and having very nearly the same haircut, and telling the stylist the same exact thing every time, and for some reason not having my notes updated in the system, a stylist refused to clean my face and neck after being told what she was doing was not what I asked for. Not one word of conversation from the start, and not a single effort made to make me feel comfortable or welcome. She didn’t even introduce herself, and her license wasn’t on display, so I don’t even know her name. What I do know is I shouldn’t have paid for the garbage haircut I received. Nor should I have even given her an opportunity to finish once she started showing attitude. I would rather pay double for a quality cut and will ensure nobody I know visits this trash heap.
