Cass & Company Salon was established in April 2001, to provide superior salon & spa services in a space where our guests can come to receive the "Best Experience of their Day!" To keep our staff inspired we provide opportunities for advanced education inside and outside of the salon on a regular basis to perfect our craft, as well as creating a feeling of family we like to extend to our guests in the salon!
Our goal is to create a feeling of warmth, welcome, and comfort in a place that provides quality and creative salon & spa services while being the best in the eyes of our guests, other team members, and our community. We will always strive to build long-term guest and employee relationships based on mutual respect and loyalty.

She was attentive to the haircut itself and clearly focused on trying to give me what I asked for. For the most part, the cut turned out good, and I would recommend her in that aspect. I recently moved here, and this was my first experience trying to find a new hairstylist. Now, to critique some things. When my hair was being washed, it felt like my hair was getting ripped from my scalp. At first, I thought maybe I’m tender-headed, but I’ve been to many salons and have never complained about others doing my hair. Then we moved to the chair, where she brushed my wet hair, and it felt like she was ripping the brush through it rather than detangling it. On top of that, the pressure she used with the brush was insanely intense on my scalp. To be fair, my hair is long and tangles easily, so I don’t completely fault her for this, but some awareness of how rough it was would have been appreciated. Then we started blow-drying. I was hit in the head several times with the blow dryer. One time she noticed and apologized, which I appreciated, but I was hit several more times without her seeming to notice. In addition, there were multiple moments when the blow dryer was held directly against my scalp, and it became very hot. There were also small tangles throughout the process, and instead of stopping to brush them out before continuing, she continued pulling the brush through my hair. I’ve been going to salons my whole life, and I have never been in this much pain during an appointment. I would not consider myself tender-headed; I actually have a fairly high pain tolerance. However, the way my hair and head were handled during this interaction felt borderline inappropriate. At one point, she yanked my hair back to measure how much she should cut off and pulled my entire head back with the amount of force she was using. At times, it felt rushed. Granted, I scheduled this appointment very last minute, and it was the only open slot that worked with my schedule, and I understood this was a tiered styling salon. However, I would still expect a comfortable and respectful experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell short of that.

They carry all of my favorite products and have a super cute boutique. There’s always a little something to sip on, whether your beverage of the day might be caffeine or something a little stronger. Regan has always kept her appointments with me, love her. I’ve never been disappointed w a cut and she knows I value natural hair and a style that is easy to maintain; she never tries to upsell me or talk me into anything. She listens to what I want and delivers every time!
