Especially with Yelena, disrespectful, spray water on all of your face, not hygienic at all, treats you as a part of her work equipment. Another one is Jeanette, covers you with cover picked up from the floor. Doesn't care what you expect you to do, she just listened to Yelena, asks you if it's OK, I said yes (didn't want more disaster on my head) and she just started trim you from the beginning. Totally disrespectful and disgusting service. Especially when they talk between each other how to cut you instead of listening the customer. Great haircutters there but should be a rate option for each so you won't end up with not blended line on one side of your head. I look riddiculus because of Jeanette

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
