I spoke with the manager and she immediately helped me rectify the situation. She scheduled me with Bella to fix the chunky/uneven colored highlights and I’m so happy now. Bella has found a new client! She did a phenomenal job! Her blending and toning of my hair was spot on and perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend Bella enough. Thank you for making me feel so good and taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it!

My cut turned out absolutely horrible, my bangs horrible nothing like the picture I showed. I said they are too short please don't cut no more and she kept cutting saying it was just a trim, they are clearly uneven and ugly chopped. She said "Bangs will grow" A waste of time and money any way you look at it.

I got a drastic change, about 6 inches cut, and he stayed patient with me the entire time to make sure it was exactly the length and style I wanted :) Keep in mind that you can't add tip onto a card payment and they don't give cash back on a debit purchase. They do have an ATM in the salon, though.
