My cut turned out absolutely horrible, my bangs horrible nothing like the picture I showed. I said they are too short please don't cut no more and she kept cutting saying it was just a trim, they are clearly uneven and ugly chopped. She said "Bangs will grow" A waste of time and money any way you look at it.

When I stood up, I couldnât see the footrest bar in front of my feet because the cape was covering it. I tripped hard, couldnât get my hands out in time, and hit my knee, wrists, and elbow. The staff were kind and helped with ice and offered medical help. But what really concerned me: they tokd me Iâm not the first person this has happened to â itâs apparently happened several times before. These chairs need to be redesigned or replaced. For older people, this could be really serious.

When I got to my car, I literally cried happy tears. It had been a long time since I treated myself to a good hair makeover, and her magic made me feel pretty and confident again! Not to mention the salon itself is gorgeous and the rest of the staff is super kind too. Canât wait for my next visit!
