  I love this place! From walking in until walking out it is such a relaxing experience. The staff at front desk is always so kind and helpful. This place is also very clean. I became a member in 2025 and don’t regret it one bit. I’ve came with my husband, my adult children, Mother’s Day celebration and celebrated with a group of ladies. They’re always accommodating. My favorite massage therapist is Isaiah. Perfect pressure, helps with my pressure points and tight leg muscles. You won’t be disappointed coming to the Now in westmont.

  I love this place! Jennifer is amazing! So amazing that she referred me to someone else at this location for a hip issue. I would say she has magic hands!!!

  Great experience, very relaxing, beautiful venue, the scent and sounds were relaxing. Customer service was fabulous. I had Diana for my massage it has awesome. I will be back.

  Isaiah (Zae) knew exactly where the muscle I had issue with was (rhomboid had seized), connecting muscles to my arm that caused radiation to my elbow, and was great with pressure and rest segments to maximize treatment. He's a great therapist...consistent in asking for feedback and coaching breathing. Medium pressure w him is deep tissue other places so a deep or sport would unknot anything. I walked in not able to comfortably lift my right arm and walked out with full range of motion restored. Thank you!!

  I booked my appointment over the phone and the receptionist was incredibly kind and sweet. She guided me through the entire booking process with professionalism and clarity, immediately informing me that the therapist would be male and asking if that was okay for me. I truly appreciated that level of transparency and care. I had the pleasure of meeting Jon, and from the very beginning he was extremely courteous and professional. He carefully explained the details of the massage, guided me through the best options for my needs, and even suggested a modification to enhance the experience. I trusted his expertise and followed his recommendation — I chose a Deep Tissue massage with Hemp Calm Balm. His pressure was absolutely perfect — firm, precise, and intentional. Every movement felt purposeful and deeply effective. At some point, I completely lost track of space and time — that’s how immersive the experience was. The atmosphere played a huge role as well. The soft background music flowed perfectly with the rhythm of the massage. The space felt very clean and beautifully scented. The warm, gentle lighting created the ideal environment for total relaxation. After the session, I felt deeply relaxed and noticed significantly less tension in my back. My body genuinely feels better. I will definitely return, and I would absolutely choose to work with Jon again. Highly recommended.
