I was honestly thinking about switching to a barber, but after this cut, I’ll definitely be coming back. She made my whole week. Not only was the haircut great, but she was also super nice and easy to talk to. Highly recommend getting a cut with Becca!

The stylist who cut my hair couldn't do either of those. along with being snarky. She not only yanked my piercing twice, but was aggressively combing my hair not being careful on that side like i asked. She also grabbed my ear in the exact spot of my piercing and folded my ear, which hurt a lot considering i told her before she cut my hair that it was a new piercing. She then proceeded to give me attitude about how i could have just taken it out, which again it’s a brand new piercing i cant just do that. She was very rude, and cut my hair uneven. I do not recommend Great Clips, as this is the second time i’ve had my hair cut uneven.

- MBMorgan ByarsNov 26, 20251.0Girlfriend and i stopped by to get a haircut last night in prep to see family for thanksgiving. She was told by both attendents that they dont fix matted hair. She had spent her entire lunch break brushing out her hair and using detangler... she was under the impression they would wash her hair before the cut.... it wasnt even offered. After the cut was started the stylist would cut off some of her hair and walk away... this was repeated multiple times... the stylist seemed like she didnt want to cut her hair. My hair cut took longer than my girlfriends hair cut... with is kinda outragous since im a male with short hair to begin with... dont give them your business. You'll regreat it.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
